Since, I’ve worked with a variety of CRMs, trained teams to use them effectively, and integrated powerful dashboarding tools like PowerBI and Tableau to deliver meaningful insights and support strategic decisions.

I bring expertise in delivering presentations and training presenters, with a passion for both content, design and delivery. From defining core messages, isolating critical information and structuring content for clarity to crafting visuals that guide attention, I help ensure messages are impactful and memorable. I also focus on delivery—refining tone, presence, and connection to make every interaction resonate. My goal is to help leaders and teams communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.

What I am doing now

Business Manager for Orange Business

I successfully built and now manage a €15M business with the French Public Sector. Leading an exceptional team at Orange, we established a €60M service center for the French Ministry of Health and Labor, creating job opportunities for over 100 professionals. Among our proudest achievements was strengthening our partnership with the French government by recovering the AntiCovid app during the 2020 crisis, delivering results in record time despite significant challenges.

I have been deeply engaged with Saudi Arabia for the past two years and am now preparing for a more permanent relocation, joining my family in our Riyadh home.
Saudi Arabia is a captivating nation with profound geopolitical, cultural, and religious significance. Amid its ambitious transformation, the country is making substantial investments to attract global expertise and empower its professionals and organizations. My aim is to contribute meaningfully to this evolution, bringing a humble yet impactful approach to support its vision.

Developing my own consulting business

Over the past few years, I have provided advisory, coaching, and training services to companies and individual professionals in France and internationally, always ensuring these activities align with my professional commitments. While my primary objective is to secure a full-time role in Saudi Arabia, I am also considering expanding these services through a consulting business. This would allow me to offer tailored solutions on a project basis, adding value through insights and expertise that could enrich any future full-time position. Should a full-time role require my complete focus, I am prepared to adapt and prioritize accordingly, ensuring my dedication remains uncompromised.

I'm convinced that intercultural success requires cultivating a mindset of constant curiosity—learning both through theoretical study and human interaction, and drawing meaningful insights from each experience. In this spirit, I’m reading The Arab Business Code, a comprehensive guide that unpacks the unique cultural and business practices of the Gulf countries.

After having spent a few weeks in Saudi in December, I'm back in the cold of Paris. The beginning of the year is the the best time to reconnect with old friends and rediscover the long-forgotten pleasure of playing creative board games with friends and family.
